See how a season runs in Groupset

Athletes and parents can RSVP to each event, and a parent who's also a coach can RSVP for themselves too. Responses can change anytime before the event.

Try it: Tap RSVP for Practice and set Maya and Tessa's answers. Then open the RSVPs tab and watch the count and the Live chip move.

Check-in is handled by the group coach. One tap checks a rider in, and the red exit arrow checks them out. Coaches check in too, and their check-ins count toward attendance.

Where signal allows, parents get notified when their child is checked in and out. With no signal, check-ins save on your phone and sync when you're back in range.

Tap any rider's name to open their emergency card. It lists contacts, allergies, conditions, and medications. Every coach can see the contacts, and coaches need a Level 2 license to see the medical details. The cards are saved on your phone, so they're available without service.

Try it: Check a few riders in and out, then flip to the Attendance tab to see how it's summarized.

The attendance summary shows how many athletes and coaches are still checked in. That number should be zero at the end of a practice. Attendance shows how many coaches and athletes received attendance credit for the event.

Try it: Filter to a group and the summary sums just that crew; All Groups sums the whole team.

Race day runs on volunteers, and each family's hours count toward its season total. Pick the shift that fits your morning; each one shows the time, the length, and how many slots are open.

Try it: Tap Sign Up on a shift.

Once you've claimed a shift, Groupset reminds you twice — 30 minutes before your shift starts, and again at 10, when check-in opens.

Claim a shift in step 1 first. Then tap Race morning −30 min, then −10 min.

Check in when the 10-minute reminder arrives, and check out when your shift ends — that's the moment your hours credit to your family's season total. Cross 3 hours and the Bronze badge is yours.

Claim a shift in step 1 and run the timeline in step 2 first. Then tap Check In, Shift ends, and Check Out in order.
